How long does the EE shop keep my phone before returning it?

Hi guys, just wondering how long does EE shops keep phones you have ordered online before returning it? I ask this as it will be another few days before I can pick it up due to certain reasons, do they keep the phone for a while or do they return it after a few days.

i think my phone arrived at the shop on Friday, so I am wondering if it is ok if I can pick it up on Monday? Would they still have it for me then?

tried calling them of course but no one answered and I left a message but I am worried they won’t get it. Can someone let me know about this ASAP. Thank you!

Hi @WilliamOsirian.

The store will usually hold the phone for around seven days before sending it back to the warehouse, so don't worry if you can't pick it up straight away 🙂
