when it arrives.

Store receive different stock to what is online and over the phone. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive notification from the store.

Hi Katie,

When they sold me the phone, I was told no more than 2 or 3 days. I've now waited for 18 days. My uncle bought the same phone a week later from another EE store, and he was told the same. We both are now out of country, and may not have a phone when we get back. I wish I could at least get a real time update, but the stores have no clue whatsoever regarding when the phone will arrive. I've called them about 4 or 5 times during this period. Anyway, please let me know if the green iPhone starts being delivered.

Thanks for the answer Katie, but I still don't get why stores aren't inform
about delivery period. When I call them, they have no answer whatsoever.
All I get is, you will get a text when it arrives.
One last question, would it be possible to cancel the order? I paid down
payment on this phone.

You would need to go back to the store to discuss a cancellation on this order.
