i was informed yesterday by the disconnection team that after taking up an offer on a new handset that I would receive a message from DPD advising of a delivery time as it would be delivered today 09/10/2019

Ive had no message from DPD.

I ordered an iPhone 11 and I have received an email however I can’t find an order number with it.

I was going to leave EE and was given a PAC code then another department rang me and offered me a deal.
