How long should delivery conformation take?

I ordered the iPhone 11 pro max on Monday (30th September) and the order was then confirmed on Wednesday (2nd October), and now it has been 3 days and still the delivery has still not been confirmed. Why is this?

If the model you ordered is out of stock, you won't receive your delivery confirmation until it is dispatched.

How long does it usually take for EE to restock these kinds of phones? I ordered the 256GB midnight green 11 pro max

The current delivery guidance for that model in our online shop is dispatch within seven days.
