How long after dispatch should I expect my order to be delivered?

I pre ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max on September 14th. I had an email on September 19th saying that my order could take up to 14 working days, and on the tracker the order still said awaiting confirmation. It finally changed status to expected delivery date between 27/09-30/09 and still hadn’t received any update by email. I’ve been on the tracker again today as it’s now October 1st and it’s order status is now on dispatch saying that it was dispatched on September 19th. Still no sign of my order... How long does it usually take to receive your order when the status says it has been dispatched?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your phone yet.

We are sending out orders on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives and will send you a text with tracking details when it is on its way.

If you would prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch.
