iPhone 11 Pro Max order - Where is it?

Hi all,

I've ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB Midnight Green. I ordered it to my local store. My problem is that I have not been given a single expected delivery date - when I try to track the order it says 'Wait for a text'.

I appreciate that this Is a new phone and they are on high demand, but I need to know whether I am going to be waiting days, or weeks for the order as I want to arrange a trade in for my old phone. Do DPD deliver Saturdays and Sundays to the store?

Can anybody help me?

If order tracking isn't giving you any helpful info, then call CS on 150.

I ordered the pro max 256 in midnight green and mine has not arrived in my store either. The store don’t seem to know when it will be in but said they will phone me Monday and try to let me know what’s happening.
