Why can’t I use my work discount code

Trying to upgrade using my company code to receive money off the contract and it’s saying the code is not valid??? How do I do this? It’s online only

Welcome to the community.

Have you registered on our EE Perk Portal to get the code?

If not, if you can visit the EE Perk portal, select new customer and you will be able to register your company email address or upload your payslip for your discount code.

You will then receive an email to validate your details.
