If your having issues with your perk code online I would recommend speaking to the sales team call freephone 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 1 and they will be able process your order for you with your perk code.

Which plan are you going for? If it's a promotion, the EE Perk discount may not be compatible. Please see this statement from the EE Perk terms and conditions:

Non-eligible plans: You cannot get the discount if you are on a 4GEE Max plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. It is not available with Family & Friends, 10% Multi-line, early upgrade discount or Apple Watch.
