Hi my name is Melanie Whittaker and I upgraded my phone yesterday, Rhydian Williams, whom I have also emailed this morning. I have a copy of the chat but it won't allow me to copy it onto here as its too large.

During my conversation with him part of the deal was I should also receive Free pair of Bluetooth wireless headphones worth over £100 - AKG which are a top brand also.

I received the phone today, thank you but not the headphones, please can you check your records and dispatch the headphones.
