What colour and size variant did you order?

Hi I ordered the google pixel 3a in black.

Its been well over a week now and I have only had confirmation of the order saying it will be delivered with in 5-7 days.

I have tried to track the order but it just comes up in red letters that it can not track it at this time.

Very confused. I am desperate for a phone.
