No Order number

I phoned last night with a query about an order from 21st august. he told me my order should be out today and i received an email confirmation saying my order is on its way but no order number on it and since its a new plan i dont know the telephone number to track it. Please help

Thanks for coming to the community.

On your email confirmation there should be an order number, you can then use the order number in our online tracker to track your order.

Have you received any notification from DPD?

There is no order number on my email! Just an account number and nothing from dpd! Not a happy bunny!
