&lt;P&gt;If a payment has been taken but is not yet showing your bank should be able to confirm this for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Upgrade ordered online but no confirmation email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just placed an order for an upgrade online and had a confirmation page flash up then vanish before I could take not I have waited for the confirmation email to arrive but still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called customer services who advised that they could take my order over the phone but I am concerned that my credit card details and direct debit details have been confirmed with my bank during the payment of the upgrade/handset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advise please as to when i am going to get the confirmation email&lt;/P&gt;</description>
