Promised delivery of my upgrade

I was told my phone would be delivered today 3/9/2019, I ordered 2/9/2019 I’ve had no texts from either EE or dpd! I’ve checked the website and it’s not in stock! Surely that would of been on there screens

Hi @Wanley

Have you checked EE order tracking?

If your delivery is today then you will receive a delivery time text from DPD after 9.am. alternatively speak to CS on 150.

Yeah checked all of that stuff on my EE, checked the order number with dpd too and it’s not generated

It was the red one, but I’ve checked and most colours are out of stock, and it’s the 64gb one 🙂

I can see also that this is currently out of stock @Wanley.

If you was to order as of now we would expect dispatch within 7 days.

As soon as this is ready to be dispatched to you, you will receive a text message.
