&lt;P&gt;So have you never had the&amp;nbsp;Sony phone with us? Your account sometimes takes a little while to load up with the information for a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It doesn't affect the usability of your My EE account though.&lt;/P&gt;
