      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted EE customer services and they said my order hadn't gone through, he didn't know why and said maybe they needed more info, when I said i had the confirmation email and order number he sounded a bit lost to be honest, they did offer to re do the order but I said no as I was I bit miffed I'd had no contact from EE at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get the phone cheaper at carphone warehouse anyway, so i will order from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
