Just as the title says, I'm just wondering why the package shown in app is not the same as what you actually get

Not quite sure!

As the screenshot attached, I purchased one, and got another instead. I did
text 'now' to 150 to get my new pack started, if it might be the case

Hi @thminnn,

Please get in touch with Customer Care so they can take a quick look at your account.

They'll be able to check which pack has been activated and get you switched to the correct one if needed.
