I ordered an upgrade on Saturday morning for in store collection today I have heard nothing since confirmation email was received

@Steviet1971 You’ll not get any text from DPD you are not receiving the device from DPD the store is. The store will call/text you when the device is there to be collected.

What device did you order?

Did you place your order online or over the phone?

If so and you have opted for delivery to an EE store the process is the same – you’ll receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect.
