@Jay71 Once you receive the tracking information you can track it via the DPD app or by using the link provided when you get the tracking number.

You can track your phone order using our online order tracker.

You'll find your ten to 12-character order reference number in your confirmation email. We'll send you this once you've placed an order online, in store or over the phone.
