HI. I've been trying to get a 24months contract with EE but they keep cancelling my order.I only have 2years history in the UK but i gave my old address when I was doing the application.If you know any solutions please do let me know. Have a nice day.

They go by credit history.

Keeping on applying and being refused will impact your credit history.

Call up and discuss this.

Thanks for coming to the EE Community.

I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team and asking them why you're unable to get a contract with us.

They may be able to come up with a different solution, like a pay as you go plan.
