I am looking to pre order the Note 10 when that comes out, however i will be on holiday for another 10 days after the phone ships. Will my local EE store hold my phone for that long?

You'd have 7 days to collect from an EE shop.

Would it be possible to arrange an extension for collection with my local EE shop? If not, is delivery to a neighbour or a rearranged delivery date possible. Thanks

You'd have to ask the specific store, @MazzaB.

It must be delivered to the account address, as long as someone with the same surname with a valid form of ID is there, they can sign for it on your behalf.
