When will upgrade arrive?

My upgrade said I should have in 7 days but email says 28days.... Any chance of it coming earlier than 28days??

Also its now cheaper 😟

@Wendygrayson You'll need to call customer service about this if you ordered the device from EE directly, Also point out about the new price difference and see what they can do.
