Purchased Contract 2 Weeks Ago and Nothing

I purchased a sim only deal 2 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation and nothing since then. Is this normal? I don't expect so since it's literally just a SIM card I'm waiting for.

Not giving me a great impression.

@Profile closed perhaps your SIM got lost in the post... Did you not contact EE about your situation already? I would have done so after 3 working days had passed.

I did after waiting a week. They said the order is processing and it takes up to 2 weeks.

Just got off live chat and they said they can't find my order so now will have to phone in tomorrow morning.
