I’ve tried to upgrade my current tablet,& put a new deal on a iPad Pro 11 through & placed into my basket.I then try & process the order with 2 x 15% discounts, & pay the remaining 2 months off my current contract £80,but when I get to the end of the order it won’t let me pay £80 & takes me straight back to main EE PAGE.

@Darren47 You can only have one discount applied to your order.

As @Chris_B has mentioned, you can only have one discount on your account.

If you're having trouble with completing an upgrade, I'd recommend contacting our Upgrades Team.

So if It says multi line discount you can only have this & no other discount?

How do I upgrade online? This is the only option I get unless I upgrade with nothing to pay,but then I only get a 10% discount & not 15%

Has the 15% discount been provided under the terms you pay the early upgrade fee? It may be only eligible with this specific plan.
