Good evening!

I order a broadband to my new address that I just moved in, when I called EE, everything was alright, I was approved straight away, as I am mobile costumer. But today, I was just checking my order status, and how surprising the status is:

Order typeProvideStatus of orderPlan order cancelled

There is an order status that shows “Ceased” and “NYS”.

What exactly that means?

Does EE cancelled my order for no reason and didn’t told me anything about it?

I am a bit confused as there was always a good service provided and as I am a good costumer...

I still have the data boost offered by EE, but now I am worried about my order status.

I know.

I just would like to know it this is the way it goes, or if for some reason my order could be cancelled.

With no EE message...

When we call EE sales team, do they do the credit checks, just like when we go to the stores, or it’s done afterwards.

I heard that, if the previous tenant left unpaid bills it can affect my credit ( even I never left any unpaid bills anywhere...).
