Why is it when you pre order z phone you would think you would have it on the day off release WELL not in my case as im still waiting 7 days later??? Wtf ee no txt no email nothing at all phoned my store on manny times and got in touch with ee to what i get a txt on Saturday your phone is in store Sunday 17.3.19 mmmm phoned up the store to confirm???? And no phone I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN EE .WORDS to say well the best mobile phone provider eeeeee NO

Pre ordering doesn't guarantee it release day.

There has been delays if you are talking about the S10.

Have you had any texts from DPD as you'll still get them if its being delivered to store.
