      <title>Delivery Information by Email?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My current phone recently broke, so I ordered a new pay as you go phone from EE. I got an email stating I would receive a delivery update by text. However, I an unable to check my texts because my phone is broken. Is it possible to send the delivery update by email?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Plus, it might not be possible for &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/416527"&gt;@Willum8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to do so because of circumstances.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Accepting the status quo isn't acceptable when improvements can be made.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;DPD do offer notification by email and also have an app which will enable you to track the van and give you a fifteen minute warning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that Three and Carphone Warehouse certainly use this system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that for contract handsets EE use an older service but don't know what they use for PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
