Hi EE!

I upgraded from my iPhone 7 to an X, but was told it was in back order due to it running out of stock.

Can anyone tell me when it’ll be back in stock or an update?

@envythenv Remove your order number. And unfortunately this is a public forum that has no access to any stock that EE have or are waiting for.

I placed it on Tuesday 12th, the advisor said it should be in stock within 28 days, but that’s quite a long time.

You will get a DPD text confirming delivery when the iPhone is in stock and has been dispatched.

You can also enter your XKN or 000 number that you should have received in an email or text, into our online order tracker here. This will keep you updated.
