&lt;P&gt;You can visit your local &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE Store&lt;/A&gt; however if you have been unable to answer the security questions over the phone, photo ID will be required.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can follow the advice given from @Profile closed and refuse delivery of your new handset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my contract online over the weekend and it's due to arrive tomorrow, I have now decided I want to cancel my upgrade and contract. I tried ringing EE and apparently failed 2 of the security questions, could I go into the store and cancel it all instead?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
