      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have a windows phone with T-Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;On Monday I upgraded to an IPhone SE with EE, to be delivered to my local EE shop,&lt;BR /&gt;I received&amp;nbsp; confirmation email - " your orders on it's way" and another with the XKN number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, whenever I enter the "xkn" number and my email or current mobile number in My EE Orders - it states:&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. &lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;This has been the case since Monday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no text from DPD and obviously can't use the app on a windows device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone assist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, The shop did have my phone - I called in today - first chance I have had all week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Still doesn't explain why the "track my order" webpage returned nu useful information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
