If online or by phone you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel it by phoning EE or emailing &lt;STRONG&gt;channel.returns@ee.co.uk&lt;/STRONG&gt;. They will send you a return envelope&amp;nbsp;for it. After the return has been processed you may re-order the one you want. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" return rights.&lt;/P&gt;
