Where is my order?

Hi,I ordered Galaxy Watch 42mm.I got confirmed email about my order(collect in EE store),and I try to track it with nr from email and...

"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."

Second order which I did almist at the same time was fine,I got it.

But this?Whats happen?

I would recommend giving us a call so we can check the progress of your order.

If your item has been dispatched our customer service team will also be able to provide the DPD tracking number.

Solved,they forgot that is out of stock:)
