&lt;P&gt;Yes, you have the right to cancel, so long as you upgraded online or by phoning EE, but you have no right to cancel if through a store.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you already received your new phone? You may have to wait until you receive it and then return it. I would suggest speaking to EE, customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
