HI there!

On friday i have ordered my new phone as I am changing my network with you.

I have passed the credit check and they agent that was assisting me told me that the phone will arrive on Monday and on Sunday (today) I would receive a txt message from the courier. However, the text never arrived. I took a off just because of the phone and I am afraid that will never arrive on time tomorrow.

It could happen that they would text me on the day that the device is arrived in the store?

Please I am panicking as this is the first time for me ordering a phone online.

Hi if it's going to store they would contact you when it's ready to collect.

Hello, at the end yesterday (monday)

I have called the CS and they told me that the phone was delivered on Saturday.

I did not receive any text message but I went to the store and collect my phone after I called the CS.

PS: I love ny bew phone ♡

@Sorcha @Katie_B can this be fed back to the relevant team that stores ain't informing customers when their phones are ready to collect.

I have read several posts about the same thing.
