    <description>&lt;P&gt;Phoned Monday and upgraded my phone &amp;amp; contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid 100 for the phone via card; was told I would receive a text from DPD yesterday and still no word. I haven’t even had a confirmation for upgrading and it still says I could upgrade on my EE app although the data amount has increased and my monthly payment has increased!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was for the iPhone XR.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/406712"&gt;@Becksh93&lt;/a&gt;, You would need to ring EE customer service to find out what is going on, as you should have received an email and/or text from EE about your upgrade, also they can then let you know what is going on with your order.&lt;/P&gt;
