The number i was given started with 02 the one in the email was nothing similar at all and it was a new order

Have you tried tracking your order with both numbers using the online tracker?

Does this show 2 separate orders?

Tried the one i was given over the phone and just came back couldn't be tracked the other one is awaiting confirmation

I would always recommend using the order number provided on your confirmation email.

Please keep an eye on your order and if nothing changes give us a call so we can look at this further.
