Where is my order?

Hi, I am due delivery of an upgraded phone today. I received my morning notification by text message, and was told I would receive a further text (before 11am) informing me of when the delivery would be - hourly slot. I have waited in all day, and have not received the follow-up text....

Did you get your tracking number from DPD? This normally starts with 155.

What phone did you order?

Does this show as dispatched when searching with your order reference number on the EE order tracker?

Hi Katie,

I inadvertently deleted the text this morning 🙂 My bad.

I know the drivers name though

I ordered a J6

It was dispatched on the 24th

How do I actually speak to someone whem all the choices are not what I need.... and any delivery enquiry just gives me information
