Waiting on my new phone

Im still waiting on my new phone it's a Huawei p20 lite its been over a week know. It is in the deal for a free Nintendo switch of I'm not getting it I don't want the phone I'll go somewhere else for my new phone.

@NIGCRAW Have you called customer services to chase this up. The only reason I can think that you’ve not got it yet is because EE don’t have any left at present to send out and are waiting on more stock to come in.

Also, did you get an email with a 000 reference number?

I ordered it online and I don't have a 000 ref number. I'm just after getting a email saying it is on it's way so hopefully I'm sorted.

My phone arrived today. Very happy with it.

Know for my Nintendo switch and then the kids be happy for Christmas.
