No delivery confirmation after 2 days

I ordered a new phone (Google Pixel 3) 2 days ago and even though it says it's in stock, I haven't had an email or text about it being dispatched yet when it said usually dispatched within 1 day... how long is it going to take? If I could pick it up from a store today I would do that instead of waiting for delivery, but I couldn't find a number to call about it. I need it ASAP because my old phone is dying.
