mate 20 pro ordered on 13th no new info since. when will it arrive?

my old phone s8 plus half the screen is not repsonsive so cannot call ee. ordered on the 13th and expected to be about a week atleast before i recieved any infomation about when it might be delivered. but i have not recieved any new infomation about when it will arrive.

@hascott30 If EE are waiting on any stock to come in you’ll have to wait longer. I recommend you call customer services about this.
