Upgraded my phone yesterday and had confirmation with order number no nothing else. How many days am I expected to wait in the house. Ee claim dispatched within 24 hours but communication is shocking

@Debbym If EE have the device in stock it’ll be sent out, it’ll be processed today and sent tomorrow. You’ll receive a text from EE to say it’s on its way and you’ll get a text from DPD on the day of delivery with a time slot.

You'll receive a text message from DPD, before 8pm, the day before your phone is scheduled for delivery.
