I still haven't received my order placed on the 14th. I received order confirmation but no third party email to track the order

NUFC all the way!

I ordered Samsung VR4 online via add-on accessories to the monthly plan section.

I received order confirmation stating order was being processed and you will receive an email when it was despatched but not had anything yet.
