      <title>Upgrade delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my contract online on 11/11/18 and received an email saying my order was received and I’ll receive an text and email confirmation for delivery, I haven’t received that and tonight I’ve went into my emails and the email to say my order was on its way is no longer their.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry I found the email confirming my order but when I put the order number into track it, it’s not available and it’s not showing on my ee account about my upgrade plus I’ve not had an email confirming delivery or a text confirming delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem. I ordered my upgrade yesterday and I received an initial email but nothing since. I was told if I ordered online it would almost definitely be dispatched for the next day and I haven’t received delivery information. Can this be tracked or can I go in store and do the upgrade in store instead as I wanted my phone ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's great to hear that you upgraded with us, what phone did you go for?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;On the top of your confirmation email there should be an order number, you can use this to track your order &lt;A href="https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once your phone has been dispatched you will receive a text message from DPD with further information about your phones journey to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went for the iPhone X and it said it was in stock and would be dispatched immediately. However the tracking information says it’s not available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im debating whether it would be quicker to cancel the order online and go in store but can’t get through to CS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
