Upgrade Delivery

I phoned EE on 02/11/18 to order an upgrade which was approved but I didn’t receive a confirmation email and don’t know when it will arrive. I can’t find confirmation of my order in the app or logging in on the EE website.

Did the upgrades team provided any timescales as to when the phone will be dispatched?
