      <title>Where is my pre order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone broke about 2 weeks ago i havent been able to use texts or calls as i am using a family members old device which is locked to another network. I can only access the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i pre ordered the new Huawei Mate20 Pro, which comes with the bundle and expected this to arrive on its release date. Its now been out almost 2 weeks and i still havent recieved my order. The online trakcer states that delivery is expected between 6th - 8th November and i reicevd an email yesterday to say this was still on track but it hasnt been dispatched - so thats out the window then?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really disgusted in this service, what is the point pre ordering a phone which arrives weeks after release date. Please dont tell em to await DPD's text - i cant await any texts because i dont have a phone. I also cant call customer services because again i dont have a phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know when i will recieve my new phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks - i would if i had a phone to call on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst&amp;nbsp;I appreciate they cant gaurentee delivery on the launch date its now been over 2 weeks since I pre ordered and people are buying the phones in store, yet&amp;nbsp;I still haven't recieved mine which seems to be a common issue&amp;nbsp;with many&amp;nbsp;others that&amp;nbsp;have pre ordered this&amp;nbsp;phone too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Katie, i clicked to chat earlier and it sent a message to say that the agents cant deal with my query yet and advised me to call customer services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered the phoen in Twilight but at this point&amp;nbsp;I really dont care what colour the phone is I am in desperate need of one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
