I had a one hour delivery slot today and my phone has not been delivered

Who can I contact for help and see when my phone will actually be delivered? I had a one hour time slot between 1-2pm today, nothing in the tracker to say where it actually is!

Call dpd or EE.

What is the last thing on the tracker?

Does it state it's with the courrier

It says dpd has my order and it’s on its way to the depot

@Liz-p82 Did you get the text from

DPD saying when they are going to deliver the device with the 1 hour estimated time siot ? as you’ would of got this today from DPD. If your not in when they try to deliver them device could be returned to EE.

Hiya, i have had the text to confirm the time slot and I was definitely at home during that time. I’m annoyed having had to pay the delivery as well, just worried it will get ‘lost’ in transit.

If you enter your reference number and postcode on the DPD website here under receiving a parcel, does this give you any details on your delivery?

The information has been updated to say estimated delivery is now Monday 5th November 😡
