ordered phone 2 weeks ago still not here

I ordered my phone 2 weeks ago and got told last night that i had to choose a different phone and it woukd have arrived today but i got a text sayiing it wont be here untill tomorrow any help on this?

Welcome to the EE Community.

I'm sorry to hear your delivery has been delayed.

It sounds like it missed the cut off for next day delivery.

If you can't accept delivery tomorrow, you can reschedule online with DPD. Just follow the tracking link you received in your text message.
