Hi i placed an order a few days ago for the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and status is still showing as awaiting delivery confirmation but still not been updated.

You will receive a text when your device is to be delivered. If you need to know the status then keep checking the tracking page or call CS on 150.

Hi already posted as ordered this new phone from EE on Thursday and order status still showing as "order confirmed" then expectes delivery date shows "to be confirmed". Surely it doesnt take that long to process an order as it was supposed to be sent out within 24 hours of placing order

I'm in the same situation, currently sat here with fingers crossed that I will get a DPD text shortly. Frustrating that the tracker gives expected delivery dates in the past and stays at dispatch in 24 hours, it would be a better customer experience to just put TBC if the information is likely to be misleading.
