Where is my order?

I placed an order on Monday. According to the xkn tracking it was dispatched on Tuesday but there is no expected delivery date and I haven’t received any texts. Is this normal?

@ash_ if you download the DPD app and put in some details that are asked for then it will display the delivery information

Thanks for that. I’ve just downloaded the app and apparently my phone was delivered to the ee store on Tuesday and I’ve received no details at all regarding this. No texts from either DPD or ee

Hi @ash_

Did you arrange for your order to go to an EE store?

The store will usually contact you once they have your delivery so you can arrange to collected it.

You can find a contact number and the opening times for the store it was sent to on the EE Store Finder.

I went up to the store and it was in. They can’t understand why I didn’t get a confirmation. It’s been in since Tuesday
