    <description>&lt;P&gt;I managed to speak to DPD earlier who said a parcel was scanned into the depot so I'm going tomorrow morning&amp;nbsp; it's just weird why EE are saying it was not sent and they need to investigate it further and resend my order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pre-ordered a mate 20 pro and on the 25th had a dispatch email and next day it was at the dpd depot. I had no further updates or delivery messages so phoned EE who have now said it was a technical issue and there was no phone sent. How is this possible if DPD are saying it's at the depot it's so frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you go to the depot with some photo ID and paper ID you should be able to pick up your package, that is if it's not a technical mistake as EE have said.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As there is no account access on these forums then only CS on 150 can say for sure.&lt;/P&gt;
