Upgrade order online with order number

Hi I upgrade my phone online on the 10 October and received an Xkn order number

It stated order will be sent with 7 days and wait for a text from dpd.

I rang the cs on Tues 16th for an update on the order, to be told to wait another couple of days !!.

I rang on the 18th enquiring on the order to be told someone should ring me within the next 7 days, I am still non the wiser.

When I check the order number online, it states sorry we are unable to show you any details, a text will be sent with a delivery date.

No one is providing any information regarding this.

When I check my ee account, I can’t even see my next upgrade date.
